The streaming wars are heating up: Netflix beat out Hulu and Amazon Prime for the rights to Love, a new romantic-comedy series from Judd Apatow, Girls writer Leslie Arfin, and Comedy Bang! Bang!’s Paul Rust (who will star alongside Gillian Jacobs). Netflix won the show in part because it offered a two-season commitment right off the bat, a power move the network previously employed to land House of Cards. Frank Underwood would approve.
