While Breaking Bad was definitely a drama, Saul Goodman provided some of the show’s few moments of levity. So naturally, when Better Call Saul was announced, there was some question as to what the tone of the spinoff would be. Well, in an interview with THR in San Francisco last night, Odenkirk set things straight (and it’s clear that his time with Heisenberg taught him something about perfecting a ratio): “It’s total drama, man,” explained Odenkirk. “It’s 85 percent drama, 15 percent comedy.” And hopefully at least 5 percent country music.
