The legal battle between Marvin Gaye’s estate and “Blurred Lines” writers Pharrell and Robin Thicke will continue, reports Spin. Judge John Kronstadt has ruled that there is “a sufficient showing that elements of ‘Blurred Lines’ may be substantially similar to protected, original elements of [Gaye’s] ‘Got to Give It Up.’” A trial date is scheduled for February 10, 2015.
