Adam Pally will be leaving The Mindy Project after this season’s 13th episode. According to TVLine, Pally’s contract was always set to expire around that time, so there’s nothing to really read into it except that The Mindy Project has a lot of comings and goings and also that the only characters who are essential to the show are Mindy, Danny, and Morgan. Fret not for Pally’s future — he has a deal with ABC Studios and a permanent place in the “He’s my TV boyfriend” hall of fame. May the road rise to meet you, Dr. Prentice.
