Just as was rumored, Joseph Gordon-Levitt will play NSA whistle-blower Edward Snowden in a new biopic film written and directed by Oliver Stone and based on The Snowden Files: The Inside Story of the World’s Most Wanted Man by Luke Harding and Time of the Octopus by Anatoly Kucherena. The Guardian reports that the still untitled film goes into production this coming January in Munich. Someone better start practicing his hacking face.
