More than a quarter-century ago, the cult classic Saved by the Bell graced TV screens, following our favorite Bayside High School sextet. Since then, there’s been a Lifetime special and an off-Broadway musical parody to quench fans’ nostalgia. But truTV’s Friends of the People thought something was missing from the unofficial Screech canon. Below is their answer: “The Black Kids of Bayside.” The clip, from tonight’s 10 p.m. FOTP episode, features a self-explanatory send-up, as well as a special cameo.
