Off of Eminem’s Shady XV compilation, we get “Detroit vs. Everybody,” featuring not only Em himself, but Detroit natives Big Sean, Danny Brown, Dej Loaf, Royce da 5’9”, and Trick Trick. Everyone’s stepping up to the plate here – from Dej’s catchy hook to the part when Big Sean puts on wire-rimmed glasses mid-verse. Even Em goes in on his own Detroit beginnings: “‘Cause it’s so cold in the D, it is as days begin to tick away / But ain’t this what really made me into the angry bitter blond.” And you thought you had seen it all after watching 8 Mile.
