While closing out the Brit Awards Wednesday, Madonna fell down the stairs. Backwards. Luckily, she quickly dusted herself off and got right back into another bull-themed rendition of “Living for Love.” Two revelations: (1) Madonna is a champ, and (2) her backing vocals are much quieter than you might expect! Update: Madonna addressed the fall on Instagram, explaining that she was undone by a too-tight cape that failed to untie at the crucial moment:
Armani hooked me up! My beautiful cape was tied too tight! But nothing can stop me and love really lifted me up! Thanks for your good wishes! I’m fine!
