Melissa McCarthy and Ben Falcone’s film Michelle Darnell just added a new cast member. Deadline reports that Bridesmaids co-writer Annie Mumolo has joined the cast of Michelle Darnell, which also includes Kristen Schaal, Kathy Bates, Kristen Bell, and Peter Dinklage. The film is currently slated for an April 2016 release.
Mumolo is also set to team up with Kristen Wiig again to write, produce, and star in an upcoming best friends comedy, which will also make Wiig’s directorial debut.
