David Krumholtz, that nice Jewish boy from Numb3rs, is getting his own IFC comedy, the network announced this week. Gigi’s Bucket List will star Krumholtz as a 76-year-old bubbe whose sense of adventure is reignited after inheriting a mysterious fortune from her late husband. Krumholtz first unveiled the Gigi character in a series of weather forecasts on the comedy website WeatherFrom, but he’s apparently been doing the bit — reportedly inspired by his own grandma — at parties for years. There’s hope for everyone!
