Back in April it was announced that Broad City’s Lucia Aniello and Paul W. Downs were writing a female-driven 21 Jump Street spin-off for Sony, but this week the writing team behind the film just got a little more crowded. According to THR, Bob’s Burgers writers Lizzie and Wendy Molyneux have officially signed on to pen a second script for the Jump Street spin-off, which will move forward alongside Downs and Aniello’s version. It’s unclear whether both scripts will ultimately be combined or if one writing team’s version will “win” out over the other, but just for fun, we might as well start splitting into Team Broad City Script and Team Bob’s Burgers Script just to keep things interesting.
