At long last, Billy Eichner and Julie Klausner are heading to Hulu this August with their very own series Difficult People, and the streaming network released the first trailer today. The series is executive produced by Amy Poehler and centers on Eichner and Klausner as “best friends living in New York City with the series centering on their typical, irreverent behavior that lands them in some very awkward situations,” and it makes its Hulu debut on Wednesday, August 5th. Judging from this brief trailer, it looks like Difficult People will certainly live up to its name.
