Jon Stewart made his first television appearance last night since leaving The Daily Show as host of WWE’s SummerSlam in Brooklyn, and he did not disappoint. Check out a clip from Stewart’s opening monologue above (“You know, I’ve spent the past 16 years talking about politics – it’s nice to be back in reality”), then watch more clips featuring Stewart below, including one appearance with his son Nate and another where he bashes John Cena with a chair. Thankfully, this isn’t the end of Stewart’s WWE host career – The Wrap reports that he’s expected to return on tonight’s Monday Night Raw at 8:00pm.
