You didn’t think they could do it, but they did it, THR reports. After years of not developing a show called Miranda’s Rights, Hollywood is developing a show called Miranda’s Rights. Created by Katie Lovejoy, the legal drama focuses on 28-year-old Miranda Coale, who, plagued by a sex scandal, is given a second chance when she gets a job with “a group of millennials living and lawyering together in a start-up law firm.” The show has been given a script commitment from NBC. Don’t let the name fool you: It’s actually a total Charlotte.
