Some super news: Fresh off stints on The Witches of East End and American Horror Story, Jenna Dewan-Tatum will play Lois Lane’s little sister Lucy in CBS’s forthcoming Supergirl series. Alongside the titular super, Melissa Benoist, Lucy has “a history” (read: love triangle?) with Supergirl’s colleague Jimmy Olsen (Mehcad Brooks). In the past, Lucy has been one of several DC Comics characters to assume the identity of Superwoman. This won’t be Lucy’s first small-screen appearance: The role was last played by Peyton List on Smallville from 2005 to 2010. Lucy will make her Supergirl debut in episode three. The series premieres October 26.
