Vampire Slayer Faith Is Defeated by One Direction

Since her debut in the third season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Faith, the more rebellious, hot-tempered, occasionally sociopathic Slayer who acts as a foil to Sarah Michelle Gellar’s Buffy, was only ever unequivocally defeated by two people in a fight: Buffy and, during season one of Angel, Angel. Which makes sense, since they’re both the title characters of their respective shows. Faith, portrayed by Eliza Dushku, was a fierce fighter who wrestled with demons both internal and external. But she never had to deal with the nefarious likes of One Direction.

Dushku was two months into a film shoot in Pittsburgh, during which time she lived in the same hotel room. Then One Direction rolled into town like Hellspawn:

“Don’t worry One Direction. It was super chill movin outta my hotel room so u can have the ENTIRE FLOOR I’ve been staying on for 2 months,” she posted on Instagram.

Why One Direction needs an entire floor to themselves remains a mystery, though it’s probably to conjure up demons to aid them in their Ascension. (Zayn is Principal Snyder in this scenario.)

In related news, Sarah Michelle Gellar’s daughter may or may not be a future Slayer. So that’s cool.
