A new comedy is in the works at NBC by executive producers from 30 Rock and Parks and Recreation. According to Deadline, the network has given a production commitment to an untitled single-cam comedy from Matt Hubbard and Mike Schur, which centers on a married interracial couple named Andrew and Josie “whose lives take a turn when they move close to Josie’s family in Missouri.” Hubbard will write and co-executive produce alongside Schur, who also has another new NBC show in the works called The Good Place, which received a straight-to-series order last month.
