CBS has given a put pilot commitment to a workplace comedy with a pretty straightforward title: Workplace. According to Deadline, Modern Family executive producers Paul Corrigan and Brad Walsh are developing the single-cam series, which is set in a three-story building “with three seemingly separate businesses: a one-hit-wonder app developer, a real estate company grudgingly shared by a divorced couple, and a cafe run by two sisters, one of whom hasn’t worked a day in her life.” Corrigan and Walsh also worked as writers and producers of King of the Hill from 2007-2009.
