Anthony Jeselnik and Russell Peters Talk Bombing, ‘Last Comic Standing,’ and Tragedies on ‘Speakeasy’

Here’s the latest episode of the new, Russell Peters-hosted Speakeasy featuring special guest Anthony Jeselnik, who gives Peters a lengthy, candid interview about his great first standup set, awful second standup set, bombing with dead baby jokes, and the time T.J. Miller kicked a drunk guy out for him during a set at Carolines. He also looks back on his canceled Comedy Central show as well as his experience hosting Last Comic Standing: “I hated it. Hated every second of it,” he tells Peters. “I gave them gold – I changed what that show was, and then they just took it all out. They’re like ‘That was really funny Anthony, but we can’t use it.’ I was bummed.”
