The anonymity of Twitter makes people say things they might not otherwise. Erykah Badu is not anonymous on Twitter, but she doesn’t care at all. She gleefully announced to a woman she was trading insults with that she could and would steal her man. On Wednesday, a woman with the Twitter handle @GumboGoddess tweeted “I may be a little immature, but IDGAF. At least I’m smart with it.” Badu responded with:
This wasn’t their first interaction, however. GumboGoddess has a history of trolling Badu.
After that, Badu slid into the woman’s DMs and told her she could and would steal her man from her. When the woman took a screenshot of their conversation, Badu owned up to it and continued to trash the woman.
Don’t worry. If Badu steals your man, though, she’ll send him back to his best friend Tyrone when she’s through. But he can’t use her phone.
