The star-studded cast for the upcoming film adaptation of Paula Hawkins’s smash psychological-thriller novel The Girl on the Train added one more big name to its caboose today. As reported by THR, Lisa Kudrow has officially joined the ranks of Emily Blunt, Jared Leto, Justin Theroux, and Allison Janney for the project, which tells the story of Rachel (Blunt), who becomes a troubled alcoholic after her husband leaves her for his mistress; she then finds herself tied to the murder of a woman she sees every day on a train. Kudrow will be portraying Monica, a former co-worker of the ex-husband of Rachel. Meanwhile, Theroux, Jennifer Aniston’s real-life husband, will be playing Rachel’s ex-husband. And the train’s name will be … Phoebe?
