Back in April, Louis C.K. told a touching story about apologizing to Sarah Palin at SNL 40 for a string of vulgar tweets he sent about her back in 2010. On Monday night, Palin told Seth Meyers her side of the story, in which she didn’t really know who Louis was and hadn’t seen the tweets he was talking about. Still, though, an apology is an apology. Then the conversation turned to the presidential race, which is when Palin said that Donald Trump’s candidacy was a sign that America was ready for more “diversity.” What a world!
