Weeks after Charlie Sheen revealed that he’s HIV-positive, the actor is being sued by his ex-fiancée, former adult film star Brett Rossi (née Scottine Ross), for assault, battery, emotional distress, false imprisonment, and negligence, People reports. Rossi claims Sheen did not disclose his HIV status before they began a sexual relationship in 2013, and allegedly forced her to have an abortion in March 2014 because he didn’t want her to “give birth to a retarded child.” Rossi, who was engaged to Sheen from February to October 2014, says Sheen was “violent and abusive and uncontrollable” throughout their relationship due to his drug-and-alcohol abuse, and at one point threatened to kill her with an unloaded gun. She is seeking unspecified damages. Sheen’s ex-girlfriend Bree Olson has also claimed that Sheen did not tell her he was HIV-positive before they had sex.
