In case you missed it, earlier this week it was discovered that Republican presidential hopeful Ted Cruz uploaded over a dozen hours of raw campaign ad footage to YouTube, and it’s quickly becoming a goldmine for people with a sense of humor and editing skills. During last night’s Daily Show, Trevor Noah introduced a new segment viewers can participate in called “Cruz Your Own Adventure” and played two videos using Cruz footage – one in the style of a ‘90s sitcom called Senator Dad, and a much more ominous series called Cruz Control. Meanwhile, the team behind Samantha Bee’s upcoming TBS show Full Frontal has been tweeting quick edited clips called “Cruz Cuts,” and they’re a total delight.
