John Boyega, if you haven’t heard, is the star of The Force Awakens, and is also one of the movie’s best hype men. Boyega showed up to a few screenings in New York City last night to meet the fans and get the crowds even more excited than they already were. Boyega shared a few clips of his adventures in New York on Instagram — and Disney shared some others on Twitter, because Disney is definitely not letting this press opportunity go undocumented. According to his feed, Boyega showed up at the Regal Union Square, AMC Loews West 34th Street, AMC Union Square, UA Court Street, and Williamsburg Cinemas. Be wary, Adam Driver, your position as Brooklyn’s default-favorite Force Awakens star is under attack.
