If a scream caught halfway out of your throat just now while reading that headline, I’m genuinely very sorry. Also, join the club! According to The Hollywood Reporter, a West Coast production of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Hamilton will debut at San Francisco’s SHN Orpheum Theater in March of 2017. After a 21-week run, the show will move to L.A.’s Hollywood Pantages Theatre, where it is scheduled to premiere August 11, 2017. There really is nothing like summer in the city. No other dates have been announced for the national tour, but an open-ended Chicago run will also be premiering on September 27, 2016. Great news for all you Hamilton fans who have had to patiently … wait for it.
