Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson declared bankruptcy last year, failing in his assertion that he would get rich or die tryin’. Now, after foolishly posting pictures of vast sums of money on Instagram, the rapper is being ordered by U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Ann M. Nevins to go to court to explain how he could spell B-R-O-K-E with fat stacks of $100 bills, CNNMoney reports. “There’s a purpose of having a bankruptcy process be transparent, and part of that purpose is to inspire confidence in the process,” the judge said in court on Thursday. “I’m concerned about allegations of nondisclosure or a lack of transparency in the case.” He also recently acquired a house in Africa, according to his Twitter.
