Back in December, The Late Show shared their very Foghat-themed 2015 holiday gift guide video, and it turns out that real Foghat drummer Roger Earl saw the video and was so flattered that he sent a package of official Foghat goodies over to the Late Show offices. Colbert decided to go through the gifts with last night’s guest and another talented drummer Fred Armisen, and the two had a very fancy time reviewing the official Foghat wine Earl sent over: “I’d say this is definitely the best cabernet sauvignon produced by Foghat that I have ever tasted.”
