Chris Rock took to Twitter Friday to tease Sunday night’s Oscars with, well, 15 seconds of static accompanied by the hashtag #blackout. It certainly means … something! Is the “white noise” a reference to this year’s slate of acting nominees? Is this a sign that Rock is about to take direct action and shut down the Oscars production live from the stage? Or is it just another cute reference to The Martian? Time will tell. Or not.
