Here’s a clip from last night’s Nightly Show, where Larry Wilmore meets with six people he wasn’t sure existed at first – black Donald Trump supporters – to present them with a simple question: “What the fuck are you thinking?” According to the Trump supporters, their main takeaways are that he’s a lot like a rapper, he won’t make them slaves, and they’re tired of all the jokes, like one of Wilmore’s questions: “Are you voting for Trump because, as an orange-American, he’s the only remaining candidate of color?” At the end, Wilmore makes them all take a Trump-style pledge that they won’t tell black people they’re Trump voters until after the election.
