Melissa McCarthy and Ben Falcone’s latest movie The Boss just hit theaters on Friday, but they already have a new project on the way. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the two are working on their next movie for New Line called Life of the Party, which will star McCarthy and be directed by Falcone. Not a whole lot is known about the film yet, but it’s described as “being akin in tone to the Rodney Dangerfield hit Back to School and pitched as a broad comedy playing on McCarthy’s strengths.” The two wrote the script together and will also serve as producers on the film, which is set to begin shooting sometime in August.
