Sometimes, repetition is the key to comedy (space pants!). Without even a character arc or entirely clear concept for a skit (space pants!), you can still manage to turn something absurd into a whole scene (space pants!) without too much effort (space pants!). Maybe there’s some variation, and even the addition of Gwen Stefani (space shorts!), but on the whole, you don’t need anything more than Peter Dinklage singing, “SPACE PANTS!”
