TBS has given a 13-episode second season to The Detour, that super popular and beloved comedy that doesn’t actually technically premiere until next week. The Detour follows the exploits of the Parker clan, a family who is fictional on television and is thus by mandate dysfunctional. Jason Jones and Natalie Zea star, and Jones also executive-produces the show with wife Samantha Bee, who is having a stellar week for being asked to do more stuff on TV. The Detour kicks off its first season April 11, although its pilot has already been sneak-peeked, airing on TBS after NCAA tournament games. Hopefully the Parkers are dropping bread crumbs along their path, because, man, it sounds like they are going really far out of their way.
