Hannibal Buress Looks for the Secret to Comedy on a Grassy Knoll in Edinburgh

Exercise is hard. Most of us probably peaked physically at the age of 16. But that didn’t stop Hannibal Buress from climbing up a gorgeous Scottish mountain — okay, more like a grassy knoll — and narrating the whole experience for the sake of comedy enlightenment. (We’re assuming the Monty Python gang did the same thing back in the ‘60s.) Buress’s documentary Hannibal Takes Edinburgh which was filmed back in 2013 when he performed at the revered Edinburgh Festival Fringe for a month will be released on Netflix tomorrow. But until then, let this exclusive pre–Broad City clip simultaneously inspire your comedic and fitness chops.
