Now you see him 2, soon you’ll see him everywhere. Jon M. Chu, who recently directed Now You See Me 2, is in talks to direct the film adaptation of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s musical In the Heights. Chu previously directed Step Up 2 and Step Up 3D as well as Jem and the Holograms. He has a busy future ahead with Crazy Rich Asians and the third Now You See Me film coming down the line. Miranda and the Weinstein Company are producing In the Heights, which for the sake of branding, should really be retitled Step Up: The Heights, Now You See the Heights, or maybe Now the Heights Step Up to See Me.
