A dirt-bike accident has left Vine star and former Dancing With the Stars competitor Hayes Grier in the hospital. Fans learned about the incident when his brother Nash, a fellow Vine star (and a controversial one, at that), tweeted about it Thursday evening. “He can move & talk (thank god) but he’s coughed up a lot of blood,” Nash added later in a now-deleted tweet. Hayes’s reps released a statement later in the night saying he had suffered a concussion, a broken rib, a bruised lung, and skin lacerations. “Thankfully, he is OK and currently resting and recovering in the hospital surrounded by his family, where he will remain for the next few days,” the statement concluded, providing comfort for his 4.4 million Vine subscribers.
