The Lost Boys of Hook Reunited to Pay Tribute to Robin Williams, and Also Wear Silly Costumes

Twenty-five years after the release of Hook, the Lost Boys from the 1991 Steven Spielberg film have reunited to pay tribute to the memory of Robin Williams, who died two years ago this week. The reunion was put on by the production company 22 Vision, which outfitted these now-middle-aged actors in getups similar to the colorful costumes they wore in the film, right down to the red feathers sported by Dante Basco’s Rufio — a stunning juxtaposition of adult weariness and childlike whimsy. “I think for all of us [Williams’s death] was the death of our childhood,” Basco told Entertainment Tonight. Now, truly, they are Lost Men.
