The network announced today that season 5 of Billy on the Street will premiere on Tuesday, November 15th at 10:30pm and feature tons of special guests like Aziz Ansari, Keegan-Michael Key, Seth Rogen, Jon Hamm, Andy Samberg, and John Oliver.
