Maybe Mark Burnett and MGM won’t be releasing any of the coveted raw Apprentice footage anytime soon, but there are still plenty of problematic Donald Trump moments that already aired, which we can look back on. Enter this gem of a clip, found by the heroes over at The Daily Show. Last weekend, as you may recall, audio leaked from an horrific, lewd conversation between Donald Trump and Billy Bush, from 2005. During Sunday night’s debate, the Republican candidate excused his comments about sexually assaulting a woman as “locker room talk” on several occasions. Yet, while the American public is expected to hire a man who once said “grab them by the pussy,” Trump fired Maria Kanellis for using crass language during the 2010 season of Celebrity Apprentice.
“The reason why I said you were so arrogant is because you came into our dressing room, and you took a crap, and left the stench in the room,” the WWE Diva said to fellow contestant Curtis Stone. And with that “gross” and “disgusting” talk of bodily functions Trump made up his mind: “This is my boardroom. It’s not a locker room. Maria, you’re fired.” If only the Republican Party had the same authority over their party’s ticket as Donald has over his boardroom.
