Love may have died in 2016, but it will be resurrected in 2017 because Jennifer Lopez is releasing a Spanish album she made with her ex-husband Marc Anthony. Squeal away, we’ll wait. Billboard reports that Anthony is the executive producer on the album, J.Lo’s first Spanish-language project since 2007’s Como Ama una Mujer, which coincidentally, Anthony also produced back in better times when the two were still in their honeymoon phase. (They divorced in 2014 after a decade of marriage; it still hurts.) Now, we’re not saying this means the stars have aligned and Lopez and Anthony have rekindled that spark, but they don’t call Spanish the language of love because it sounds nice. The album’s first single is scheduled to drop in November, hopefully titled “Te Amo.”
Cross your fingers.
