Los Angeles’s annual alt comedy festival Riot LA takes place in January, and today the initial lineup of headliners was announced. The festival takes place from Friday, January 20th through Sunday the 22nd, and Mel Brooks is slated to open the festival with a Blazing Saddles screening and Q&A with fans. The festival will also include standup performances by Ali Wong and Felipe Esparza on the 21st as well as Dr. Katz Live! at the Orpheum Theater on the 22nd. Tickets go on sale this Friday at the Riot LA website.
