Stephen Colbert just signed on to host a live TV special on Election Night, but not on the network you might expect. Showtime announced today that Colbert will host an ad-free hourlong election special on the network on November 8th at 11:00pm. The special, titled Stephen Colbert’s Live Election Night Democracy’s Series Finale: Who’s Going To Clean Up This Sh*t?, will feature Colbert reacting to the election results in real time. “It’ll be all the political comedy you love from my CBS show, with all the swearing and nudity you love from Showtime,” Colbert said on the special. It will mark the first time The Late Show has aired an episode on a network aside from CBS.
