The Daily Show with Trevor Noah and @midnight are going live on election night in two weeks. Comedy Central announced today that The Daily Show will air a live hourlong episode on November 8th at 11:00pm-12:00am followed by @midnight’s first-ever live episode featuring guests Whitney Cummings, Ron Funches, and Paul F. Tompkins. Prior to the live episodes, the Tosh.0lection Special will air at 10:00pm, and at 10:30pm Drunk History will air a best-of episode featuring some of the show’s best politically-themed reenactments. On the 7th, Comedy Central will also air a politically-themed South Park marathon called “South Park: Make America Mmmkay Again” from 8:00pm-11:00pm.
In addition to The Daily Show and @midnight, Stephen Colbert will host a live election night special on Showtime, and Chris Gethard will anchor live, 12-hour election coverage on public access.
