Oh, you sweet, innocent little lamb, you really thought Yelp was about providing consumers with useful information? Ha … no. Yelp is about catharsis, about peace of mind, about releasing the gnawing chomp of what wasn’t said in defense of the self. Case in point: After blowing up at a very rude moving company on Yelp over the summer, Tituss Burgess is feeling much, much better. Reflecting on the incident, the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt actor told “Page Six” that he’s let the ordeal go (“I have not heard anything further, and I have not investigated further”). “It was an unfortunate situation,” said the man who has the voice of an angel and the cut of a knife, “but I don’t suffer fools.” At the time, Burgess wrote: “These guys are the absolute most UNPROFESSIONAL workers I have EVER DEALT WITH,” warning the company, “You messed with the wrong Queen.” Now, Burgess says, “I’m a lot more direct with what I need right away and things percolate and move on at the rate that they should.” Yup, that sounds about right.
