Election Day is upon us, and while all the major network late night shows are off the air tomorrow night, there’s still plenty of election coverage by comedians slated for the week. Here’s a guide to all the live election specials coming to TV or the internet over the next few days:
Monday, November 7thTuesday, November 8th

Wednesday, November 9th
- All Day: The Onion (online) - live all-day coverage on the Onion website, Facebook, and Twitter
- 12:00pm: Manhattan Neighborhood Network Election Special (MNN) - live 12-hour election coverage hosted by Chris Gethard
- 11:00pm: Stephen Colbert’s Live Election Night Democracy’s Series Finale: Who’s Going To Clean Up This Sh*t? (Showtime) - live hourlong election special
- 11:00pm: The Daily Show with Trevor Noah (Comedy Central) - live hourlong election special
- 12:00am: @midnight (Comedy Central) - live episode with Whitney Cummings, Ron Funches, and Paul F. Tompkins
- 11:35pm: The Late Show with Stephen Colbert (CBS) - live election episode with Miles Teller, Neil deGrasse Tyson, and Triumph the Insult Comic Dog
In addition to this week’s live coverage, SNL’s election special airs tonight at 10:00pm, Full Frontal with Samantha Bee airs a new episode on TBS tonight at 10:30pm, and Stephen Colbert’s Showtime special will air a second time Friday on CBS at 11:35pm. Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Tonight Show, Late Night, The Late Late Show, and The Daily Show will all air pretaped episodes this week both before and after Election Day, and Last Week Tonight will wrap up the week with a new episode on HBO Sunday night at 11:00pm. Conan also has some fun post-election guests scheduled this week, with Bill Burr slated to appear on Wednesday night’s show and John Cleese and Eric Idle both joining O’Brien on Thursday.
