Netflix is going into business with Jerry Seinfeld. According to The Wrap, the streaming network has ordered two standup specials from Seinfeld, and the first is slated to debut later this year. In addition to the standup specials, Seinfeld will develop new comedy projects for Netflix, and his Crackle series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee will jump over to the streaming network moving forward, with 24 new episodes set to debut later this year as well as 2018. All previous episodes of Comedians in Cars will be available on Netflix as part of the pact. Aside from Seinfeld, Netflix recently made deals for multiple standup specials from Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle, and Gad Elmaleh.
