Henry Phillips has a new movie premiering next week. Titled Punching Henry, the film is a followup to Phillips’s 2009 film Punching the Clown and premiered at SXSW last year and centers on Phillips as a comedian who is “lured to LA by a TV producer (J.K. Simmons) who wants to make him a reality star. As reality sets in, he must decide whether his legacy will be to tell jokes for a living or become the butt of them.” In addition to Phillips, Simmons, and Notaro, the film also features Sarah Silverman, Jim Jefferies, Nikki Glaser, Doug Stanhope, Mike Judge, Michaela Watkins, and more and hits theaters on Friday, February 24th.
