Chuck Lorre and David Javerbaum’s pot dispensary comedy just got a premiere date at Netflix. TV Line reports that the multi-cam show, which was given a 20-episode series order last summer, will make its Netflix debut on Friday, August 25th. Kathy Bates stars in the show as as Ruth, “a lifelong advocate for marijuana legalization who’s finally living her dream as the owner of a Los Angeles-area cannabis dispensary. Joining her are three ‘budtenders,’ her twentysomething son and a deeply troubled security guard. All of them are more or less constantly high.” Check out the first teaser above.
