Carol Burnett is heading to Netflix. According to Deadline, the streaming network has ordered an unscripted half-hour series starring Burnett called A Little Help with Carol Burnett. The 12-episode series will be filmed in front of a live studio audience and feature Burnett “and a panel of straight-talking 4-8-year-olds as they demonstrate how different generations solve life’s biggest dilemmas.” Burnett had a multi-cam comedy produced by Amy Poehler in the works at ABC last year called Household Name that was ordered to pilot in February, but it was ultimately not ordered to series. The Netflix series, meanwhile, is expected to debut sometime next year. Check out a teaser above.
