Seth Meyers Takes “A Closer Look” at Trump’s Immigration Meeting and Racist “Shithole” Comments

Here’s a clip from last night’s Late Night, where Seth Meyers takes “A Closer Look” at the latest updates in the Russia investigation as well as Donald Trump continuing to deny that there was any collusion or that he’s even under investigation. Meyers also recaps Trump’s recent attack on Diane Feinstein, the televised immigration meeting from earlier this week (“It’s like watching siblings try to get their senile grandfather to write them into his will”), and of course, yesterday’s news that Trump reportedly referred to countries in Africa and Haiti as “shithole” countries. “To be fair, maybe he meant it as a compliment,” Meyers says. “After all, Trump does all his best tweets when he’s sitting on the shithole.”
